In the rare event that product problems arise at any point in the lifecycle, Beacon EmbeddedWorks is prepared to help resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Unlike other SOM providers who may send you to third party support companies or outside manufacturers, Beacon offers in house trouble shooting support. We create our own board support packages (BSPs) for Linux, Android, FreeRTOS, and Windows IoT Core. We also manufacture our own products. That eliminates the runaround that you get with a hardware team that doesn’t create their own software and uses an external manufacturer. We even help to resolve issues with end-device and integration, when our SOM is not at fault. Bring us device concerns at any stage from NPI to EOL and our dedicated support staff springs into action to expediently resolve the issue.

We know the tricks behind every major programming language and operating system. When issues arise, our team can identify and fix software bugs rapidly.

Hardware

Nobody is better equipped to provide a hardware solution than the original board manufacturer. Our support offerings cover a range of hardware solutions.

End-Device

A complete device requires embedded systems to be seamlessly integrated with the complementary electrical and mechanical components. Our support team will work to improve your end-device beyond the embedded systems.
